The Author
The author lives and writes in West Yorkshire, close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and within easy reach of the Pennines.
He is keen on most sports, as well as fell-walking and cycling, and enjoys listening to classical music. He has a great affection for the natural world and is a supporter of a number of conservation projects to protect and preserve our countryside for future generations. He has travelled extensively throughout the world, often in remote and mountainous regions, but always enjoys coming home, meeting friends in the local and spending time with the family.
